We urge individuals to report any misconduct or wrongdoing to ensure transparency and accountability within the organization.
Protection of Whistleblower
All concerns raised through this procedure will be taken seriously, and a decision will be made regarding the necessity of an investigation. The Human Resources Department will keep the concerned parties informed about the investigation’s progress and any actions taken, although the final outcome may not always be disclosed. In certain cases, the investigation may lead to disciplinary action.

Nisar Enterprises Pvt Ltd forbids employees from accepting bribes, offering inducements to break rules, using false documents, misleading customers, or submitting fraudulent expense claims.

Conflict of Interest
Nisar Enterprises Pvt Ltd prohibits employees from accepting personal benefits from vendors, using company resources for personal business, or disclosing proprietary information for personal gain.

Dual Employment
Any full-time employee who wishes to seek part-time employment in any other organization or institution must disclose and seek prior approval from Human Resources & Senior Management.

Confidential Information
At Nisar Enterprises Pvt Ltd, confidential information must be kept within the company and shared only on a “need-to-know” basis. Any employee leaking this information to outsiders or competitors may be reported.
05.
Gifts & Bribes
Nisar Enterprises Pvt Ltd employees must not accept expensive gifts from subordinates, stakeholders, vendors, or competitors. While nominal gifts for appreciation may be accepted, employees must decline gifts that could be seen as bribery. Giving gifts to customers or government officials that could be interpreted as seeking favours is also prohibited.

Nisar Enterprises Pvt Ltd strictly prohibits sexual harassment of employees and job applicants by any individual, including employees, non-employees, or applicants. Any such conduct may be reported through the whistleblower procedure.
